Prime Contracting
When selected as the prime contractor, Renfro Construction provides a turn-key home or building. We oversee budget, schedule and jobsite coordination. We will give a competitive bid to meet each individual need of the customer without any unexpected costs or secret added fees at the end.
General Contracting Consulting
We at Renfro Construction realize that many people would love to be able to build their own homes but do not have all the necessary knowledge to be able to do so. Therefore, Renfro Construction can be paid a flat fee to work with you step by step to build your own dream home.
Sub-Contracting
When selected as a sub-contractor, Renfro Construction is cooperative and competitive. We provide services such as installing geothermal, designing and building theatre rooms and doing finishing carpentry.
